Hey all! Been working on a little something to ease myself back into drawing Heartstopper pages. I’m so proud of this mini-comic! I hadn’t drawn proper comic pages for over six months and I’d been really worried that my drawing skills would have worsened in that time. But I think this is the happiest I’ve ever been with a mini-comic. Thanks for your support this year and I really hope you enjoy this little story.

She is pretty but something about her makes me feel like she’s going to kill me. 6/10
Her eyes appear to be on backward. She also appears to have been slathered in grease. It’s not a bad design overall but someone please clean her off. 6/10
Very cute and round and the flat colors feel like a good choice. I’m suspicious that she’s actually an octopus in a crab costume based on those legs though. 7/10
Way too shiny. Who spilled shoe polish on this poor crab? She looks like she’s just trying to keep it together. 3/10
The extra patterns on the shell are a unique choice, though I’m not sure they make it better. Once again the flat colors make it nicer to look at. She seems friendly, but I’m worried her legs might fall off at any moment. 5/10
She definitely works out. The pale red is not a good color choice. Most of the crabs here are probably cooked based on how red they are but she is sunburned. 2/10
Normally I hate skype’s moving emojis but this crab is shmooves and then does a little snip snip and it is very good. The texture and simple design work surprisingly well. 9/10
Wow look at that texture, the elegance of the legs, the clear strength of the claws. Good shading too. There is a mischievous look in her eyes. She will do some snip snip soon. 10/10

The simplicity really works here, one can tell it's a snail even from small sizes. However, the colors between the shell and body clash. 8/10 get a new wardrobe.
